A point worth noting is that Washington was put under a state of emergency for wildfires on August 21. However, the wildfire did manage to destroy Brown’s land.

While the fire was ravaging the land, Bear continued to post updates on his social media. He shared a few pictures with the caption saying that the family suffered a devastating loss. He explained that the fire though their mountain, their home. His pictures depicted the extent of the wildfire. The reality star further added in the caption that the loss is great, and “it’s still burning.”

The rep further added that they are grateful that the family is safe and well now. They also expressed their gratitude towards the firefighters who made sure of the well-being of all. Brown’s family relocated to North Star Ranch in the Washington state wilderness in early 2019. According to a news tabloid, the family put their 29-acre “Browntown” home on the market in November 2019 for a whopping $795,000. Billy and Ami’s children – Matt, Bam, Bear, Gabe, Noah, Bird, and Rain – were born and raised in Alaska. However, the family did move south to the ranch after Ami was diagnosed with cancer in 2017. The doctors advised her not to live off the grid. Since then, Ami has updated her fans that her cancer is in remission.
