The Expanse Season 4: Plot Details
The third season of The Expanse introduced us to some multiple portals. They served to be the gateways to other solar systems with habitable planets. Till now, the show has been entirely centered around the political, but now it is expanding into Space Western territory as well. There, humans are rushing to colonize other habitable planets and take over the resources.
Season 4 of sci-fi drama will take over the fourth novel of the series, Cibola Burn by James S.A. Corey. According to that, all the events will likely take place on Ilus, an Earth-Like planet. However, show-runner Naren Shankar previously cleared that the new season won’t leave Earth, Mars and the Belt. Also, the upcoming season will explore the mystery related to the dead alien civilization that created the protomolecule.

The fourth season of The Expanse will debut on Amazon Prime Video on Friday, December 13, 2019. Meanwhile, all the previous seasons of the series are already available on the streaming service.
