What we do know at this moment is that the episode will focus mostly on Raymond Reddington, who will pay a visit to a friend, or possibly a love interest a visit.
While Dembe had warned him not to get very close, knowing that there might be violent consequences. Ever since Liz turned rogue on him, Red does not has a number of people he could rely on. However, in the end, it does not looks like he will listen. He will go on to visit her, and he will get in and deal with whatever danger is coming in for him.

Based on the appearance, he initially seemed like a local friend of Anne who had come to have a drink. But is he just a friend?
