Sky One’s Temple absolutely crazed its fans with just it’s debut. After watching the entire season, the fans started asking about its next installment, Temple Season 2. Led by Mark Strong as the owner of an illegal medical clinic, the series created much of charm amongst the audience with the first season itself.
The show is an adaptation of the Norwegian television series Valkyrien, for Sky One. Temple follows the story of Daniel Milton (Mark Strong), a respected surgeon who sets up an unauthorized clinic, in the vast network of tunnels beneath Temple tube station in London. There, he deals with the people of the underground world, preppers, and bank robbers, who need medical aids when they can go nowhere. Milton did this in order to save his wife’s life, Beth (Catherine McCormack), who is suffering from a terminal illness.
