After the highly rated Season 1 and 2 of Stranger Things, Parrot Analytics entitled it as the most in-demand digital original series in 2017. Stranger Things Season 3 is also around the corner. Fans all around the world cannot wait to experience the sci-fi thriller. An unnatural tentacle shaped figure haunts the citizens of the town of Hawkins, Indiana. Now, the group of teenagers along with chief Jim Hopper, and newcomer Max will join hands to protect the city from looming threat.
The second season with nine episodes, in the end, left the fans with a few questions unanswered. We saw Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) closed the gates obstructing the passage for the monsters taking over Hawkins. But then, in the end, we witnessed the monster drifting above the Upside Down version of the school. This change has brought uncertainty in the minds of the fans regarding the future of Hawkins. People can now judge that Season 3 will hold this thriller with a more significant threat dawning upon the town.
Stranger Things Season 3: Does Jim Hopper Know About His Fate?
As Season 3 will be releasing soon, fans will be very excited to see how the role of Jim Hopper turns out in leading the team in protecting the town. But what lies in store for him is the question. David Harbour (Jim Hopper) has recently seen the part of his character’s backstory through the novel ‘Stranger Things:Darkness on The Edge of Town.’ Adam Christopher wrote the novel, and it features a compelling story from Hopper’s past. Hopper’s new adopted daughter Eleven finds a few of his old files where it shows Hopper’s string of murder investigations in New York. And that might lead to an end of Hopper’s role as is teased by Adam.
Now, as hinted by Adam, it can happen through his sacrifice for his adopted daughter. The season starts with Hopper uncomfortable because of Eleven’s growing age and his hanging out with guys. Hopper in an interview told that “You get to see a lot of that throughout the Stranger Things Season 3 and it’s very unexpected what happens in the end, and it’s very, very moving.”
Is Billy Under The Control Of Upside Down Creatures?
The trailer released by Netflix for the third season shows a large part featuring Billy at Hawkin’s pool and greeting girls over there. Viewers could see the growth from Upside Down on Billy’s arm when he takes a shower. And till now we have only witnessed Mind Flayer’s effects on Upside Down creatures only. But Stranger Things Season 3 will provide clarity on whether Flayer’s impact could reach out to humans as well or not.
Other than Bill, the show will feature Eleven as an essential character with perceived powers. Moreover, we may also expect Will to demonstrate his powers which he has been fostering from his time in an alternate reality.
Stranger Things Season 3: Release Date
Netflix’s web streaming service will exclusively premiere Stranger Things Season 3 on 4th July this year. The poster released by the creators has a tagline ‘One Summer Can Change Everything’. The background of the poster features Starcourt Mall, which will possibly be the new battle location. Also, the young kids, Eleven and Max going to college, will develop deep bonds with each other.
