Is DCI Jo Davidson “H”?

The third episode teased a number of storylines that are still unanswered. One of the biggest questions is, who is “H”? Now there are a lot of possibilities, but the third season did tease something. The closing seconds of the third episode saw Davidson as she opened up her laptop and logged in into a quite familiar message service. That is the same interface that viewers have seen OCG use to communicate with “H.”

By the end of the episode viewers also got to see Davidson as she wrote- “All under control now,” and we, later on, saw three little dots that indicated that the “unknown user” was typing a response and the episode ended.

So now, we know that Davidson is indeed caught in the OCG. The scene confirmed that Davidson has tried solving her problems and throw AC-12 off the scent by sacrificing DSU Ian Buckells. However, there are a few other questions that need to be answered. One of these questions is, where does Davidson sit within this network of corrupt cops. At this very point, Jo Davidson might be H. Maybe she was communicating with someone in the OCG to keep them informed about what is going on in the team. We will get to know all these answers of who is “H” in the upcoming episodes indeed.
