Sometime after the events in Rome, Villanelle has decided to settle in Spain and marry. Her wedding is prevented by the appearance of Dasha, a former assassin and Villanelle’s trainer.
Dasha asks her to return to work for the Twelve. Villanelle asks to be assigned a “Keeper” in return. She is given a job to kill a local political agitator. Meanwhile, Eve has left MI6 and is now serving in a Korean restaurant as she tries to adjust to common life.
She is backed by Kenny, who has also quit MI6 and currently operates as an investigative journalist. Eve accepts to meet him for after-work drinks but finds his office abandoned. Kenny is thrown from the roof to his death by an unknown attacker.
