Dracula Season 2: Renewed or Canceled?

This series released just three months earlier, but the talk of the show’s future is already steeping on the surface. There are no official words from Netflix about the renewal or cancellation of the show. However, one of the showrunners hinted about the future of the show. In a recent interview, Mark Gatiss said, “It’s tough to kill a vampire. Do you know what I mean? What they do is resurrect.” From this, the fans can speculate that the vampires will be back, and it’s about time the creators will make it official.

Dracula Season 2: What Might Happen?

In the last episode of the inaugural season, the fans saw Dracula and Van Helsing’s family story arc coming to an end. Dr. Helsing fell on the ground, but before she died because of cancer, Dracula decided to end their story romantically by feeding on her poisonous blood. This was one hell of a way to end their grand battle, but no one saw this coming.

If the creators decided to come up with Dracula Season 2, then maybe we will see both of them alive. Dracula will return stronger than ever, and this time with no weaknesses. It is also possible that the upcoming seasons will take the fans in the past and show the fans about the earlier life of Dracula.

In a recent interview, Mark Gatiss also said that “I mean, it’s a series about the resurrection. That’s exactly what the main superpower of the main character is. Dracula started the show lifeless and then died again in episode two and came back and then died again. Sister Agatha died and came back. I mean, everyone’s dying on that show. So, we’ll see.”

Who Will Be In It?

Since the show is not officially renewed yet, hence there is no official update on the cast of the second season. However, the fans can expect the cast from the previous season to return for Dracula Season 2. The returning faces include Van Helsing as “Dr. Zoe Van Helsing,” Catherine Schell as “Duchess Valeria,” Youssef Kerkour as “Olga,” Patrick Walshe McBride as “Lord Ruthven,” Dolly Wells as “Sister Agatha,” John Heffernan as “Jonathan Harke,” Claes Bang as “Count Dracula,” Morfydd Clark as “Mina Murray,” Lujza Ritcher as “Elena,” Sacha Dhawan as “Dr. Sharma,” Clive Russell as “Valentin,” and Nathan Stewart Jarrett as “Adisa.”
