Netflix

“Hey, It’s Hannah. Hannah Baker.” Any ’13 Reasons Why’ fan can never forget these lines. Hannah died, but she is still alive in all our hearts. She may not be in 13 Reasons Why Season 3, but the show will always be about her. Netflix renewed the series for its third season back in June 2018.
Initially released in 2017, the teen-drama became an instant hit. Despite being a depressing premise, the show manages to win our hearts. The first season of the show received immense amounts of love from fans. After a thrilling second season, 13 Reasons Why is finally ready for Season 3.
The initial story was about a high-school girl Hannah (Katherine Langford). She commits suicide after being raped, harassed and bullied by her fellow schoolmates. Shortly after her death, one of her friends Clay Jensen (Dylan Minnette) receives a box. The box was full of tapes that reveal 13 reasons why she kills herself and each person who was to blame.
The second season dealt with the lack of prejudice. Moreover, the entire show exhibits the aftermath of a death that affects not just one but multiple lives. Creator Brian Yorkey is to be credited for the success of the show. Hence, here’s everything you can know about Brian’s masterpiece.

What Will Happen Next? [Spoilers]

The finale of the second season ended on a major cliffhanger. Tyler (Devin Druid) moves forward to perform a school shooting. He fails as Clay convinces him against it. However, Clay himself ends up holding Tyler’s gun, when we hear police-sirens all around.
13 Reasons Why Season 3
The new season will highlight numerous issues. One of them will be the effects of school-shooting and the reason behind the person who performs it. Moreover, the story will revolve around Tyler’s perspective. The series will talk about how bullying affects someone’s mental health.
Another important topic may be teen-pregnancy. At the end of Season 2, Chloe (Anne Winters) makes a confession to Jessica (Alisha Boe). Chloe discloses that she is pregnant with Bryce’s (Justin Prentice) child. Hence, there are chances that the new season will discuss her story.
As per reports, Brenda Strong who plays Bryce Walker’s mother is now a regular character in the show. In the previous season, Bryce tells his mother that he was guilty of Hannah and Chloe’s rape. Mrs. Walker was devasted by the same and was ashamed of him. The new installment may feature Mrs. Walker’s side of the story.

13 Reasons Why Season 3: Hannah Will Not Be Back

The initial story of the show revolved around Hannah. She was the emotional connection that kept the viewers watching. Sadly, we may not see her in the third season. As her story ends on the show, there is no reason for her to stay on the series.
Katherine confirms the news through an Instagram post. She writes that Hannah’s story is told and she now has no role in Clay’s life. She adds that Clay and the show need to move on. Hence, we will not see Hannah in 13 Reasons Why Season 3.
