The two have decided to steal Phyllis’s flash drive from her safe deposit box. They want to protect Chance from whatever is in the flash drive. The drive has a recording of Chance and Adam speaking about how Adam has killed someone in Las Vegas in order to protect Chance. Later on, both of them covered the crime.

Abby and Chance’s plan is that Abby will get dressed like Phyllis and impersonate her at the bank. It looks like Abby will succeed in the plan. She will successfully steal the drive. Then Chance will destroy it, and the couple will celebrate their victory.
Phyllis To Find Out The Truth
Phyllis will eventually find out that her flash drive is missing. She is pretty sure about who did it and what might have happened. So, she will march straight up to Abby and Chance. She will ask them for the drive but find out that the duo has already destroyed it.

Abby will be shocked and horrified when he comes to know about Phyllis’s plan. She had planned to give the drive to Nick where he could use it against Adam. Nick would have leveraged Adam who took over the CEO seat at Newman enterprises after blackmailing Victor Newman.
Problems Coming Up For Chance and Abby?
After all this, Abby turned to Chance, asking him to help her family. She wanted Chance to help them fight Abby. The woman even asked him to record Adam and get something out of him. But, Chance simply denied doing any of it. He told Abby that he could not do any of it to Adam. He was the one who saved his life. So now, it is his obligation. After this conversation, Abby got chilly with Chance. She even cancelled their plans for the evening. Can we sense some serious problems coming ahead between the couple?
