General Hospital viewers would remember Rebecca Budig, who played the character of Hayden Barnes on the soap opera. You would also remember that a few years back, after being threatened by Valentin Cassadine, she left the land of Port Charles and went into hiding.

General Hospital: Is Hayden Barnes Coming Back?
Back in the time when Hayden was still in town, she had told Hamilton Finn about their daughter- Violet. However, soon after she dropped this bomb, she left the town. While Finn and Violet did eventually come close and they were able to make a bond, Violet undoubtedly missed her mother. So, it is possible that General Hospital writers might decide that it is time when Violet gets to be with her mother again.
Hayden might come back for Violet’s sake. She would undoubtedly take any chance she would get to get back to her daughter. It is also possible that viewers might get to see that someone had taken Hayden hostage. And if that is the case, it is possible that she might now be able to escape and reunite with her daughter Violet.
Hayden Might Help Shawn Butler
General Hospital viewers would remember that Shawn was convicted for trying to kill Hayden. However, the truth was that Nikolas is the one responsible for the shooting. But, he let Shawn take the blame. While it is true that Hayden was Nikolas’ ally when she went away. If Nikolas was behind Hayden’s disappearance and when she comes back, she might not feel very loyal.
She might then decide that she wants a divorce or maybe an annulment or settlement. If Nikolas does not plays his cards well, It is possible that Hayden might directly go to Shawn and tell him the truth about the crime. This way, she would not only help Shawn, but she might even get her revenge.
If Hayden does comes back, she might be a part of a number of interesting storylines. With Finn and Elizabeth growing closer, she might even have some role in that storyline. What do you think would happen when and if Hayden comes back?
