Well, the pandemic was quite hard on the Brown family. Previously, Kody had claimed that he and Meri had no romantic relationship. Yet, they maintained a friendship, and the 50-year-old was quite happy with this new tag. However, amid all the drama, she learned some devastating news. Sadly, her mom passed away on March 26, 2021. That left her startled and hopeless. But thanks to her family and friends, she finally gathered the courage to run her mom’s B&B.
From time to time, she has been posting some of her beautiful memories with her mom. She recently did the same. S=TV Season & Spoilers points out that she paid tribute to her mother by using her t-shirts, specifically Randy T’s made by LuLaRoe. Meri made some teddy bears from her late mom’s shirts. So she can make her mom’s hug alive. In her recent post, she shared her mom passed away almost nine months ago, and she couldn’t get her loving hugs and sweet voice.
While she and her sister were dealing with their late mom’s stuff, the first wife came up with a brilliant idea. Now, she and her grandchildren can enjoy her hug anytime they want. The Sister Wives star further added that she’s doing this to stay positive this year. Instead of crying and being depressed about her past, she decided to start the year on a positive note.
Sister Wives: Meri Moved To Utah To Manage Her Mom’s B&B
After Meri’s mom passed away at 76-year-old, she moved back to Utah to handle her late mom’s Lizzie Heritage Inn. Thus, some believe that she might have left her husband Kody after he friend-zoned her. He said on a recent episode that he didn’t have anything romantic with her, and they were only friends. But within a few months, she returned to Flagstaff to keep a check on her family. However, she hadn’t stayed much there and eventually moved back to Utah. There she celebrated her Thanksgiving and Christmas with two of her close friends.
With their help, she has been handling her B&B. Recently, she has dropped some snaps and videos of her mom’s place. They decorated it with soft toys, Christmas trees, and plenty of fairy lights. The living room, hall, and stairs look pretty different than before. For this, she thanked her friend Blair for working hard on decorating her place. Some guessed that she might visit her spouse.
