It is confirmed that the network has chalked out a plan for both Teen Mom OG and Teen Mom 2. Although we were not sure of this, Teen Mom is getting season 9. As for Teen Mom 2, there are rumors that they will film more. And while none of this is officially announced, we are pinning our hopes that all of these turn out to be true.
The Stars Begin Filming For The Show
Amidst the novel coronavirus shutting us down at our homes, the production of Teen Mom stopped. However, the cast members continued to film via video chat or do it themselves. Moreover, a part of the filming was done prior to the lockdown. So, we can expect to see the combined film in the upcoming season.
While the rest of the world is slowly coping with the pandemic, the US cannot. All thanks to the gross mismanagement. And the network cannot wait for another couple of months or so for the pandemic to end. Consequently, it is trying to get the shooting done with minimal risks involved in the process.
Teen Mom: MTV Chalks Out Guidelines For The Filming
MTV has laid out a few plans to prepare for their upcoming shooting schedule. An insider revealed that the crew members would quarantine away for a week. This will be followed by shooting with the girls every day for several months. Moreover, each member will be tested for COVId 19 every two weeks. The temperature will be checked every single day.
After laying out plans, some of the crew members have stepped down from taking part in the show. According to them, it involves risks and a long time away from home. Although the network has promised to provide housing for a long-term stay, people are apprehensive. Let us wait to see how everything pans out in the end.
