Teen Mom 2 star Leah is not keeping any more secrets now. She has spilled the beans about how her mom Dawn Spears helped her lie about her abortion to husband Jeremy. Let’s dig a little deeper into this.

According to Leah, the way her mom sounded so concerned when she was telling Jeremy about Leah’s abortion, Leah herself was confused. She thought that her mom liked the drama. It was very hard for Leah to even tell that her mom was lying. Leah wondered how she could let all of this happen as she remembered her mom talking to Jeremy on the phone. The pain kept on increasing and until after some time, Leah didn’t even realize what she had done!
In 2011, Leah and her ex-husband Corey got divorced. After that, she got together with Jeremy and after dating for about eight months they got married in 2012. They also welcomed a daughter named Adalynn the following year. However, unfortunately, their marriage didn’t work out and the couple got divorced in 2015.

In her memoir, Leah stated that her mom convinced her to take abortion pills in secret. When she left the clinic, she was feeling fine. But after she took the second dose, the cramping started. There was too much blood and Leah later thought that this was the worst thing that she had ever done.
Teen Mom 2 star Leah stated that for a long time, she carried the guilt around with her. However, after she told Jeremy, she was finally able to hold herself accountable for what she did. But this time, she did it without punishing herself.
