As per a Reddit comment, the first plot of the property is owned by Kody, Robyn, and Christine. The amount for this 5.16 acres plot has already been paid and costs $300K. Kody, Janelle, and Meri are the owners of the 4.48 acres second plot. The third and fourth ones are 2.42 acres each, and Kody shares them with Robyn and Janelle, respectively. Christine and Meri only own a pretty small portion of the entire property. Whereas, Robyn and Janelle seem to be the main players in this case. Even though it’s small, Christine owns some shares of the property. So, she might want to sell the shares after her divorce from Kody.
Since they are splitting up on good terms, there are chances that Kody might try to buy off Christine’s shares. Speculations say that the third wife might have used this money to settle down in Utah. Christine also sold off her Flagstaff house for $700,000 earlier this year.
