Back to where it all began, Utah. We saw the Sister Wives spend happy moments when they lived in Utah. Even Jenelle once stated that they had the best time there. However, due to potential trouble with the law, Kody wasn’t able to cohabitate freely with his wives in Utah. So, he went to Vegas, a more open-minded city where people were less likely to bother them.
But now, the law has legalized plural marriage and Kody is thankful, let’s take a look.
Sister Wives: Kody and Family Moved From Utah To Vagas
The law didn’t allow the Brown family to practice polygamy in Utah. So, they had to pack up and move to Vegas. At that time, it was just Kody with Meri, Christine, and Janelle. When they went to Vegas, after some time, Kody started courting Robyn who he eventually married. After some time, Kody decided that he would prefer to stay close to nature. So, he suggested that they all packed their bags and move to Flagstaff, Arizona. However, fans kept speculating that the main motivation behind the entire move is so that Robyn could stay close to Dayton.
Anyhow, the family made the move and it had a massive impact on everyone. They all appear to be frustrated and stressed out because of moving so many family members along with their stuff. The Brown family doesn’t seem to have recovered from that yet. They still keep fighting over moving. They have bought land at the Coyote pass where they all plan to live together.
Does Polygamy Becoming Legal In Utah Change Everything? Kody Might Move There
When the family was in Utah, they all loved it there. The move to Vegas was never out of choice. However, they like living in Arizona too. In fact, they can’t wait to build their homes on the Coyote pass. But this excitement was before the law regarding plural marriage passed in Utah. And of course, we can see how Janelle loved the entire arrangement when they lived there.

After all, that place has given the family a lot of good memories. Kody seems to be troubled with all the chaos that is going on in the Brown family. He might think that if they go back to where they belong, things might change.
