It seems like the Sister Wives house has become a complete mess since the pandemic. It was just recently that the couple Kody and Meri Brown faced some grave challenges regarding their marriage. The couple also revealed some serious damages that have been done to their marriage. Moreover, Kody even went on to say that he sees Meri “once in a blue moon.” If all this wasn’t shocking enough for the Sister Wives viewers, then wait until Christine Brown enters the scene.
The other wives were, until recently, mere spectators of the entire drama brewing between Meri and Kody. But now it seems like they all have their individual concerns for the couple. Christine Brown recently admitted that she has some serious troubles with Kody and Meri’s part playing out on television. She said that this drama can have a lasting impact on her youngest children with an impressionable mind. Christine said that she wants to protect her children from watching any kind of content that can last in their minds for a longer time.

It has been evident for years that Meri and Kody’s relationship issliding downhill. The entire equation between the two has been well documented from time to time. And this season is no different. But this time around, Kody’s wife Christine is having issues with this particular documentation. In an interview with US Weekly, Christine admitted why she has problems with Meri and Kody’s relationship playing out on the television.
She said that watching something like this about their father would leave a lasting impact on her children. She also said that it is the little moments shared between the two that trouble her the most. She said that she tends to live a rose-colored life in contrast to a toxic one. Christine also revealed that she tries really hard to avoid the segments of Meri and Kody by turning down the volume or just completely shutting down the TV.
Sister Wives: Christine Wants To Protect Her Children From The Drama
Christine, through her interview , expressed a lot of concerns for her children. As for the older kids, she assumes that they already know a bit about their father’s relationship with Meri. But Christine wishes to keep her younger children far away from all the drama that has been simmering in the family lately. She said that it’s really hard for the kids to watch the “relationship stuff”. And that she tries her best to shield them from any sort of negativity. Christine also backed Meri by encouraging her strength through all of it, but she doen’t want her kids to get involved. She said that she knows Meri is very strong and full of positivity.
Christine On Her Own Marriage: Doesn’t Feel Like An Equal Partner!
In the interview with US Weekly, Christine spilled some beans about her own marriage as well. She said that it is very hard to manage everything. Also, the most difficult part is when she feels like she does not have a say in the matters of the family. Christine revealed that every time there were major decisions to be taken, she couldn’t help but feel lost and unwanted. She added that she does not feel like an equal partner in this polygamous marriage.
It looks like Kody is having quite a hard time keeping all his Sister Wives happy and content. Be it Meri or Christine, all have their set of issues with the man of the house. It will be worth watching how the fate of the family plays out in the future.
