We know that Chase Severino and Whitney Thore engaged in Paris. They were all set to marry each other. The season premiere’s exclusive video clip reveals the couple and their friends gathering to discuss the wedding plans. The clip featured Thore playing out on her idea of getting married in Ireland. At the same time, she went on to suggest a potential wedding hashtag that read #ChaseAndWhitney. A friend of hers suggested another hashtag #ThoreNoMore, hinting at Whitney changing her last name after the wedding. However, the reality star refused to change her last name at all.
Whitney Calls Off Her Engagement With Chase Severino
While this would be the start of the season, it will go on a different tangent altogether. Quickly, we would see Whitney calling off her engagement in May. This follows Chase confessing about cheating on Thore and getting another woman pregnant. In a somber Instagram post, Whitney shared the bleak news. She shared that Chase would be a father this October. The rest of the season shall see Thore getting over her loss and coping with a pandemic looming large on everyone’s head.

The fans might recall that right after making this announcement, Thore was living with her best friend, Buddy Bells. Apparently, Buddy supported her during tough times. He even said that his friend is a strong woman and she’ll get over this mess. There were rumors that the two would be a couple soon. However, it doesn’t seem that there’s a chance after Bells revealed his new girlfriend sometime back.
As for Whitney, she is focusing on her healing and living a fulfilling life. She is back with her online fitness business, No BS Active, with her trainer, Jessica Powell.
