Little People Big World: Fans Deem Roloff Farms “Overpriced” During Pumpkin Season!
The Roloff family has been holding the fun and entertaining Pumpkin Patch at their farm for decades now. Fans of Little People Big World have watched the annual event happen on the show over the course of several years. However, TheSun points out that some recent reviews of Roloff Farm’s Pumpkin Season 2021 are calling it overpriced. Well, as of this year, Matt is charging $24 per person of the age of 3 and above. Whereas, entries of newborns and toddlers up to the age of 2 years old are free. On the other hand, the cost of pumpkins per pound is exactly $.69.
The Roloff farm offers a scenic trail with fun play areas and exciting activities alongside a Wagon Tour Ride and the new Cho Choo Train. Aside from additional fun activities, visitors can also look into the Country Store located in the farm’s 100 year old restored barn. Along with yummy food and delicious treats, visitors can also pick up their own pumpkins from the Pumpkin Season. However, some negative reviewers have pointed out that $24 for kids is expensive. Whereas, even for adults, the services are overpriced compared to other farms in the country that provide way too many activities to do during the Patch.
Other farms offer hayrides, jumpy pillows, corn maze, cow trains, pedal cars, and various fun activities for around the same price that the Roloff farm asks for entry per person. However, despite this fact, the Little People Big World family’s property is packed during the Pumpkin Season, and most of their guests go back satisfied. Besides, there seems to be a reason for the Roloff farms being overpriced.
Little People Big World: Why Is Roloff Farms Overpriced?
There are still clashing opinions on whether or not the Roloff Farm’s Pumpkin Season is overpriced. However, people think that there is a reason why it is expensive, if at all it is. A fan on Reddit highlighted that Roloff Farms is a brand since it is a setting of a nationally televised show. The family and their farm have been appearing on TV screens around the country for 15 years. As a result, the visitors pay such a huge amount in order to meet the celebrities and experience the Little People Big World setting that they’ve been watching on screens for years.
On top of that, aside from getting to meet the celebrities, visitors can also experience a fun Pumpkin Patch like they would at any other farm. The Roloff Farms is usually bombarded with guests during the Pumpkin Season. Moreover, the majority of the visitors are fans of Little People Big World. For them, the experience is wholesome, and they end up giving good reviews to the business.
This time around, Matt Roloff and his girlfriend Caryn Chandler are back to manage the event. Amy Roloff also contributed to welcoming the guests in her fun costumes.
