Amy Roloff is spending some time with her dad in the childhood state, Michigan. She updated her fans on Instagram showing her home around. That was the same place where she grew up. Amy went on to say that she is very excited to be here after a long time and cannot wait to show things around to her fans. She shared that she is up in the U.P. visiting her dad. Her visible excitement is infectious and even we cannot wait to see her latest updates of the visit.
Amy Talks About Last Days With Her Mother
Amy visited Michigan last June after her mother was admitted in hospital. She returned to her home state to spend some quality time with her parents. She shared a picture and wrote that she loves to visit home. Back then, Amy indicated that her mother was dealing with a heart problem. ‘Her heart is weak though and she gets tired easily,’ Amy wrote. She said that they are trying to enjoy the last fews together.
Little People Big World: Amy Is Teary-Eyed For Her Mother’s Demise
Amy lost her beloved mother last September. Around that time, she stated that she is sad about the passing away of her mother. However, her memories and the good life she led would keep her warm in the cold of days. A few months ago, she opened up about her irreparable loss. In the sneak peek of TLC’s show’s episode, Amy shared how her mother’s demise was a sudden news. She died before her parents’ 67th wedding anniversary. Amy went on to reveal that her mother had some problem with the heart.
Amy further reflected on the past moments with her dear mother. She said that last summer vacation was the best she had. She had her kids and grandkids around her and was happy for her mother to see her great-grandkids. Amy said with teary eyes that her mother always wanted to brag like ‘Yeah, I got to see my great-grandkids and I have them.’ Amy said with a sigh that she hoped to get some more time with her mother. However, her mother’s demise was a reminder of so much happening in her own life.
