Josh Duggar will get his release today on May 6. Well, with the release comes the lengthy bond. Counting On alum is released from jail on certain terms and conditions. And US Weekly exclusively revealed the bond of the court. Judge Christy Comstock made the statement in the bond that Josh’s children, siblings, and minors around him are part of the society that must be protected from him. Therefore, Josh Duggar will not be allowed to live around them. The bond says, “I cannot in good conscience send you home.” The judge clarified that his and his parent’s house is full of minors; therefore, Josh can not live with either of them.
Counting On: Will Josh be Able To Meet His Kids?
Josh Duggar is not allowed to live with the family who has minor ones in it. However, he will not be prevented from meeting his kids. Josh can meet his six children anytime he wants. Although, the only condition which implies on the meeting is that it should be under Anna Duggar’s presence. Josh Duggar will have to remain in confinement in Pastor LaCount Reber and Maria Reber’s house. However, Josh can only leave the place to meet Anna and the kids, visit the church, work, legal appointments, or any medical care.
Moreover, Josh will be monitored via a GPS. The officers will keep an eye on where Josh goes and who he meets. The 33-year-old can not be around any other children apart from his own kids. Josh and his wife share six children, Mackynzie, Michael, Marcus, Meredith, Mason, and Maryella. And, the seventh member of the family is about to arrive soon. It is a relief that Josh will be there to help Anna out during pregnancy.
Counting On: Josh’s Trial Is Due For July
This is not it for Josh Duggar. Josh has further trials ahead to continue. His next trial is due in July. The former reality star was arrested in Arkansas on April 29 for possessing materials depicting child pornography. Josh’s attorney claimed him not guilty in the courtroom via video call. On April 30, US Chief Magistrate stated that Josh will reside with a third party.
Furthermore, Josh filed a notion pleading to let him live with his immediate family members. This chaos has already brought stress to the Duggars. Regarding the arrest, Jim and Michelle stated, “We appreciate your continued prayers for our family at this time.
