The drama behind the scenes came live in the first part of the Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days Tell All. After the segment between Darcey and Tom was over, Avery came on the Zoom screen and things got a bit uncomfortable. Tom looked visibly upset.
Tom cut off the video from his end out of the blue. Moreover, in the teaser for the other part, Avery tells that Tom didn’t want to confront her as he hit on her. According to Frauded By TLC, the 90 Day Fiance blogger, Ash asked Tom to help him test how committed Avery is to him. So Tom messaged her, asking her out.
After two days of one of her breakups with Ash, she said yes. However, later, she did find out that it was a setup. We can only assume that things went downhill between Tom and Avery once she found out about this. Even though we’re not sure what exactly happened, the Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days Tell All Part 2 will definitely have some insights.

Earlier this season, Tom and Darcey had a tense shut down in New York City. He also apologized to Darcey saying that he should never have made a comment on her body. But in response, Darcey showed him his slim figure, calling it her revenge body.
On the other hand, Ash and Avery’s breakup wasn’t as unfriendly as that of Tom and Darcey. They couldn’t continue their long-distance relationship when the cameras started rolling. Avery stated that she and Ash broke up sometime before the filming of the Tell All.
In fact, at one point, Ash even took Avery’s side when she was facing a lot of hatred online. Someone mom-shamed her and Ash vouched for Avery being a good mom. Even though things didn’t work out in between them, he had confidence that Avery was an amazing mom to her kids.

Tom called it quits with Darcey and asked her whether they can be friends. She said no and apparently, Tom wasn’t able to handle that.
