The finale of this season’s 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way will reveal a major turning point in Kenneth and Armando’s relationship. Throughout season 2 we saw Armando’s struggle with being open about being in a relationship with Kenneth. He was afraid of people judging him for being gay and for disappointing his parents.
But now that he has announced their engagement and has fully come out in front of his parents, Armando feels free. He doesn’t feel the need to hide their relationship any longer. He added that throughout his life, Armando never envisioned anybody loving him and he always lived in fear. But after spending a significant amount of time with Kenneth, especially on the beach, Armando told him that he doesn’t feel that way anymore, as reported by ETOnline.
Armando admitted that he has always been scared of people seeing him with a man. But after being with Kenneth he realized that there is absolutely nothing wrong with their love. Now even though people look at them and give them weird glances, Armando doesn’t really mind. He told Kenneth that he has him and that all he needs. The Mexican reality TV star added that it felt amazing to finally be free.
90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, There is still something Armando has to tell his parents
Even though Armando has come clean about how he really feels about Kenneth in front of his parents, everything isn’t out in the open. His parents know that they are engaged but Kenneth stated that Armando still has to tell them that the wedding is actually taking place. Armando’s parents haven’t when welcoming towards Kenneth and there is a possibility that they might not even show up at the wedding. Understandably, it would be extremely heartbreaking.
90 Day Fiance: Armando was sure he was going to end up with Kenneth
Armando told ET sometime in June that he is going to end up with Kenneth. Even though there were several hurdles including a major age gap of 26 years, Armando was sure that Kenneth was the one. He was adamant about not letting other people’s opinions affect their relationship. He added that Kenneth has always been supportive of him. So, even if his parents disapproved or things went wrong with anybody else, Armando was sure that nothing can take him away from Kenneth.
Kenneth and Armando are the first gay couple on the 90 Day Fiance franchise.
