This time, it’s about her former landlord for her lingerie business. Her business continued to use a rental property even when the lease was over. On July 7th, LiviRae Lingerie made an announcement about their move to a new location. It was moving to 543 Roberts Court in an old Applebee. Ernest W. Barrett Parkway location in Kennesaw, Georgia, was the former location. At the time, the store runners were excited about moving it to a new location. On July 9th, the store was supposed to be up and running at the new location. To allow time for moving, it was supposed to be closed on July 8th.

They apologized for the inconvenience. But at the same time, they invited people to come to check out their new location. According to Starcasm, the new address read as 543 Roberts Ct Suite 200 Kennesaw GA 30144. However, the shifting got delayed. The owner of the former space started a proceeding against the store.

None of the accused responded to the notice, and on July 24th, the court passed a default judgment in favor of the landlord. As a result, a Dispossessory Writ of Possession got issued against them. According to that, it is required from the Cobb County Sheriff’s Department, the removal of any belongings of the tenants and people concerned. However, it is still unclear whether anything belonging to the tenants was left at the location at this time.

On July 31st, the landlord’s attorney also filed for a Writ of Fieri Facias request form. Under that, the sheriff of a county has the right to cease any assets of the accused.
