She is undergoing Trusculpting which tones the area and burns away the fat. According to Loren, it is a non-invasive procedure that she can easily tolerate. She also implied that if she can build up the tolerance to undergo it, anyone can. The mum of one has been an inspiration to 90 Day Fiance fans all over the world.
