It seems like Ashley Martson has resorted to bribing Jay into giving him a divorce! At least that is what her comment on John’s post looks like. Jay posted the picture of an envelope filled with cash, and Ashley is saying that she would offer him two of those to get a divorce from him. She is also telling him that it’s time to sign those papers and move on.
Most of the fans are astonished to know that he is being so reluctant to sign the papers. Some say that marriage is one of the factors that doesn’t let the authorities properly question Jay’s immigration status. One fan pointed out that he is just going to send Ashley’s money to other girls.
There are some users who are stating this to be Ashley’s fault. According to them, she is likely to withdraw the paperwork again. In fact, they keep breaking up and getting back together which is one of the biggest reasons for the delay in divorce. And of course, John Yates is famous for taking Ashley’s side. He asked Ashley whether she wanted him to act as a mediator to which she wishes him all the best.

But he violated that and ended up in ICE custody.
When Jay got released, he started working as a tattoo apprentice. His boss bailed him out, and he has been working with him ever since. As we can see, he is most likely working on cash, and if the ICE sees the picture, they might even take some action against him.
