Erika Owens took to Instagram to discuss her struggle with body dysmorphia. On Thursday, she bluntly revealed that is ‘back to being on bitch territory.’ This followed her ‘herself back together’ after being faced with a certain trigger. Erika, 24, went on to say that her worth would never be defined in terms of her weight. But, she would and should be recognized for her ‘caring nature, talent, creativity, uniqueness, and soul.’ The reality star shared a stunning shot of herself in pink lingeries further accentuating her bold message.
Erika Is Back After Pulling Herself Back Together
Erika further wrote that her past week was really tough on her. While promoting her OnlyFans account, she shared her thoughts on body dysmorphia. She went on to say that she is usually pretty much confident and positive. However, a trigger into old habits can truly send her back in an awful place. It would seem like an end of the world for her. Despite this, she explained that a bit of self-care helped her in getting out of the rut. Erika added that doing things she loves and being around those she utterly love brought her out of the gloominess. And now that she has pulled herself back together, she is back to roar!
