He believes that there was something going on between Jesse and Maria while he was filming. Maria and Caesar had a chance to star on 90 Day Fiance: Self-Quarantined. However, she decided that she didn’t want to be a part of it. But Maria told Jesse that Caesar has been constantly asking her to star on the show.
Eventually, Caesar and Jesse came in contact. Caesar made it clear that he doesn’t have any hard feelings for Jesse whatsoever. When Caesar and Mariah were dating, he never checked her phone. For five years, Caesar spent $90k per year on Maria. He stated that whenever she needed money for her medical bills, expenses, and for family, he gave her the amount she usually asked for. He was working for all seven days in a week and didn’t even take a day off.
As for his present status with Maria, Caesar likes to think that they are friends. However, he also made it clear that they haven’t spoken to each other in over three months.
