When the cops took Geoffrey into custody in 2019 for domestic abuse, 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days viewers made enough noise to get him fired from TLC. The hearing was supposed to take place in May. However, the pandemic delayed it. But now the time has come that soon, fans will get to know about Geoffrey’s fate after the hearing takes form.
According to sources, Geoffrey is facing a trial for domestic assault. He also has to defend himself against the claims that he confiscated his girlfriend’s phone to prevent her from calling the cops. Other charges against the 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days star include kidnapping and vandalism. If they succeed in proving that he is guilty, Geoffrey could face prison time up to four years.

Geoffrey is going all the way to discredit the claims by his ex. According to him, the allegations were only a way to make him lose the custody battle with his ex-wife. From what we saw on the show, Varya and Geoffrey broke up for a while when she said no to his proposal. He moved on and started dating Mary.
