LPBW: Tori Cancelled Lilah’s Eye Surgery! Is She Not Ready?
In order to let fans know more about her life in detail, Tori Roloff conducts Ask Anything sessions. Recently, she hosted one again. In it, a follower enquired about her daughter Lilah’s eyes. In the previous LPBW seasons, the reality TV mother had addressed her little one’s vision issues. It turns out she suffers from strabismus, a condition where people are crossed-eyed. Moreover, they also have trouble viewing things as they don’t line up. As a result, the family was open about the same and the procedure of fixing it in the show.
In her stories, Tori said that Lilah was up for surgery “a week ago”. However, they canceled it for the “time being”. That’s because the 2-year-old has been doing very well with “patching” and “glasses”. She had to resort to these things in order to fix her vision. Despite this, the mother continued that her daughter would require surgery in the future. Moreso, the 30-year-old feels “uncomfortable” due to it. Yet, they are thankful for all the improvement the child has shown.
LPBW: Here’s Why Tori Roloff Postponed Lilah’s Eye Surgery!
Although she didn’t address the matter in detail, Tori Roloff admitted to being “uncomfortable” at the idea of her daughter’s eye surgery. This led to several speculations on the internet. However, it won’t be the first time her child undergoes surgery. In fact, her elder son Jackson had an operation for his bowed legs last year. Hence, many followers believe that experience scared the TV star. Thus, she is holding off the eye surgery. In the reality show, the Washington resident admitted not being able to see her children in pain.
Moreover, she knows the experience must be painful for her kids. That’s because her husband, Zach Roloff, who also has dwarfism, went through something similar. Apparently, he also underwent an operation for his bow legs and described it as very “painful”. Back then, he was a teenager. Therefore, maybe the fact that Lilah is quite young is the reason why she temporarily canceled her surgery. Unfortunately, no one could confirm anything as there is no verification about the abovementioned theories. Moreso, her supporters, are hopeful that Tori will explain her decision better in the future. Keep checking TV Season & Spoilers for more LPBW based news.
