TLC has shared a lot of clips before the premiere of Welcome To Plathville Season 5. Some of these hint towards the unfold of a plethora of relationship challenges between Olivia and Ethan. The new episode features one of the challenges faced by the Plath couple. In the clip, Ethan prepares to leave for his home in Cairo, where his family lives.
Olivia is getting teary-eyed for her partner as he will be gone for two-and-a-half months to work with his cars. Expressing her emotions to the camera, she said that she felt kind of torn. She added that she understands his love for cars and that he needs to get that done. But Olivia assured not to lie for she feels nervous. The TLC star shared that it was scary to not have your partner around for so long amid all the family drama that has been involved.
Olivia even asked if he’d talk to her when he was gone. Ethan quickly responded that he would call her every day. Then, he justified her worry by sharing with the cameras that he did not communicate well during his last visit to Cairo. This is because he was occupied with his cars and family. Ethan added that Olivia has made it clear that she does not want his friends to chase him to make him talk to her. He shared that her biggest fear is him being occupied with other things and disappearing.
