Previously, Max was arrested on $500 bail. He was arrested based on Chloe’s mother’s report. Jessica stated, “all I have seen is my daughter with two black eyes, a broken phone, showing up crying at my house.” Well, things were different for the couple. Chloe cleared as “I was not hit. I asked Max to throw me his phone, and when he threw it, it hit me between my eyes. It, therefore, caused the bump. We started fighting about it because I knew this would not look good to my parents.” Chloe still went for the restraining orders even after explaining the truth. And now she went ahead with the second one.
Max Schenzel’s restraining order for Chloe and her little girl Ava expired a few days ago. Recently, Max got a phone call from the police for the second one. This time it all started with a message. Chloe took a previous message where he contacted her to see their daughter. Max knew that it was against the rules of the order, but he did it anyway. Max doesn’t find anything wrong in contacting Chloe to ask about his daughter, Ava. Max’s text says, “Hey, I have seen doing good. I have been sober for a year. I miss Ava and want to know what you want me to do to see Ava.” He also claims that the message does not include any threatening or hurting words.
