Then, in 2021, McKayla decided to marry her boyfriend, Ethan Tenney. While the couple had to deal with a miscarriage, they welcomed a baby boy in 2022. However, a year after this, the celeb announced her divorce on social media, saying it was mutual. She had been mum about her relationship status until now. In a very vague Instagram story, McKayla talked about her new boyfriend, who got her type O negative Vinyl.
