It was a taboo topic then, and those who practiced it weren’t considered “normal.” However, Kody Brown always noted that he wants to shed the right light on the lifestyle and make the public believe it is not harmful. Season 1 went pretty smoothly. But the deep-down embedded horrors came right afterward. Fans saw the family patriarch’s behavior towards each wife. Christine Brown recently revealed that TLC didn’t show how much she struggled in the debut. She worked at a night job to provide for her children. But, the network only showed her as the “primary caregiver” and “house maker.”
Besides, Kody started behaving differently when Robyn joined the clan. The polygamist shifted his focus towards the fourth favorite, his wife. Hence, he didn’t care for his other wives and children. Since then, the Sister Wives followers have noted Kody’s atrocious behavior toward each wife. The reality star manipulated, gaslighted, and insulted the others. He never took any responsibility for his actions. Therefore, viewers are calling out TLC for showing such “blatant chauvinism” on screen. Besides, some fans also noted that the network should cancel the show. Kody Brown’s recent revelations say that he has managed not to get involved with the others. However, he wants his wives to be close to him only to enjoy the “polygamy” status.
Therefore, the audience wants TLC to hold Kody “responsible” for his on-camera behavior. They also noted that they have had enough and won’t watch the show if chauvinism continues. Cheatsheet reports that the patriarch has acted “demeaning” towards his wives. Fans also say that Kody has become so toxic that he doesn’t want Christine to go. But, the Brown head is also not ready to provide love and care for Christine. Another person said that the Sister Wives celeb views women as nothing but blatant chauvinism garbage.
Sister Wives: How Many More Seasons To Go?
The Sister Wives audience has seen much that happened during the show. Numerous times the patriarch acted like a hypocrite and did things that made other wives feel awful. Be it refusing to help Christine when Truely was born or evicting Janelle’s sons out of the house. However, when it came to Robyn, Kody was all ears and ready to provide tender care to her kids. Therefore, with this attitude, the fans wonder how many seasons are left for the reality show. Some say that Season 17 might be last. But, some others are saying that the story is still running that of 2021.
Hence, there could be two or three seasons in line. Meanwhile, many avid watchers have also noted that Janelle might have left Kody, but it is not public yet.
