Adam finally arrives at the party, and his father tells him the happy news. Adam is very happy to hear this and rushes to tell Sally the good news. Sally will be the Head of Newman Media. And together, they will be King and Queen of Genoa City! What more happened? Here is all about it.
Lily And Devon Announce The Merge, Nate In The Limelight
In this episode of The Young and the Restless, we saw Lily and Devon’s new company to the world. Of course, the reporters were brimming with questions for the entrepreneurs. They did not answer them. However, Nate was there to give them a taste of what is to come in the future.
Well, Devon was perturbed by Nate’s overstepping. He has disagreements with Nate’s way of working, which he is not shy from expressing. However, Billy and Lily talk about the happy responses from the investors after Nate made the declaration. It looks like Devon will have to swallow his pride for the moment.
Imani was all hoots and praises for Nate after his speech. Amanda, her sister, warns Imani about her relentless efforts for Nate. Imani’s attention was so obvious that Jill understood everything right away as well. Nate receives a warning from Jill, who nevertheless goes home, back in Elena’s arms for the night.
The Young And The Restless: Abby Kicks Out Diane, Jack & Diane Head To Society
Diane is hellbent on staying in Genoa City in this episode of The Young and the Restless. Clearly, her presence has been rejected by several members of the community here. Abby did not sugarcoat her disapproval of Diane either. She lets Diane know she is not welcome at the party. Abby has definitely put her party-planning hat on in Phyllis’ absence.
Later in the evening, Abby and Chance share a warm moment with each other after he arrives from work. Meanwhile, after being kicked out, Diane heads to the Society. She asks Jack to tag along with her. They talk to each other for a bit; Jack reveals that Kyle Abbott is interested in getting to know her better. Diane feels happy to hear this. Of course, we all know that Diane never lets a good moment slip. She oversteps and enquires about Jack and Phyllis’ relationship. Jack is annoyed at her and shuts her down as soon as she asks him about it. He is wary of her motives, but they seem to be getting along quite well.
The Newmans Congratulate Lily, Adam Arrives
Firstly, Victor and Nikki Newman – our entrepreneurs extraordinaire – take the opportunity to congratulate Lily and Devon for their announcement. Nikki is especially impressed as Lily has followed Katherine Chancellor’s footsteps and vision. Lily has turned out to be quite the ambitious woman, someone who is not afraid of voicing her opinions and ideas.
Lily is touched to hear Nikki’s genuine compliments. Victor, the businessman that he is, alerted them to stay at top of their game to survive the world. Later, Adam arrives at the party. Sally has not accompanied him due to a last-minute issue.
The Young And The Restless: Victor Makes His Announcement, Adam Is CEO
At the party, Victor is ready to play his next move in the game. He delightfully announces his decision to name Adam the CEO of Newman Enterprises. Of course, Adam has no idea that this is all a part of the scheme to bring Victoria back.
Later in the evening, Adam has a quarrel with Billy at the party. In a war of words, he boasts that he will be the CEO of Newman Enterprises by sunrise. He takes a bottle of champagne to Sally at Newman media and tells her the good news. Sally will be the head of Newman Media and Adam, the CEO – things are looking bright for the couple.
