The Young and the Restless recap for August 11, 2022, revealed the ongoing mess in the lives of Victoria and Nick. They are worried that Chance is closing in on the case and could accuse Nick of murder. Victoria confronted Chance and he told her that he believed they did what they had to in good faith. However, he was not so sure about Victor Newman.
Nick was worried despite Chance’s reassurance. He decided to warn Victor about Chance’s ongoing investigation. Meanwhile, Victor arrived at Sally’s office and told her he was impressed with her work. She would have to keep certain things in mind regarding Ashland’s case for the future as well, in order to remain the CEO of Newman Media. Would Sally budge? Here is all about it.
Victoria And Nick Met Chance
In this episode of The Young and the Restless, Victoria asked Chance to drop the investigation of Ashland’s death at Crimson Lights. She insisted that there was no evidence to prove the car accident did not happen. Moreover, she wanted to know why Chance was going after Victor Newman. Did he want to accuse him of obstruction of justice or did he think Nick killed Ashland?
At point blank, she asked Chance if he would accuse Nick of murder. Nick walked in at the moment and wanted to know the answer to the question. Chance confessed that Victoria and Nick did what they had to in self-defense. However, he is convinced there is another twist in the story as well.
The Young And The Restless Recap: Chance Is After Victor
Meanwhile, Adam met Abby at Society. He wanted to know all about Ashland’s death and the ongoing police investigation. He could tell Abby was aware of what was going on. Furthermore, it could benefit them to share what they know with each other. Later, Abby called Chance and he had to leave.
When alone, Victoria assured Nick that Chance was doing the right thing and trying to protect them. Nick was not so sure about the future and decided to tell Victor all about what happened with Chance. Abby wanted to know what happened; Chance told her about the staged car crash. Chance told her he won’t let Victor walk away with his crime. After their heated conversation, Chance and Abby shared a passionate kiss.
Victor Meets Sally
Further in this episode of The Young and the Restless, Victor met Sally at Newman Media. He was happy with how she had dealt with the Ashland case so far. Moreover, the future was uncertain as well so they would have to be careful. If Sally follows orders, she should be able to stay in her position.
Sally wondered if his words were a compliment or a threat. In any case, he smiled at her and told her to have a nice day. It is speculated that Adam will try to wriggle out information from Sally.
