JT Hellstrom pulled some really unthinkable, unforgettable and unforgivable stunts on The Young and The Restless. Victoria’s ex-husband left no stone unturned to torment her during the later stages of their marriage. However, some of his abuse was written off as a byproduct of a brain tumor that he was diagnosed with. But still, that didn’t quite do enough to soothe the trauma Victoria suffered at his hands. There was so much mental and physical abuse involved that it’s debatable if his health condition could absolve him for the acts.
The last time we saw JT on The Young and The Restless, he was being portrayed by actor Thad Luckinbill. During his twilight on the soap, he was once presumed dead after an altercation with Victoria. However, evil soon returned and continued to torture Victoria for some more time. This continues till the time he was diagnosed with brain tumor. This made JT realize his folly. Thus, instead of pleading leniency on medical grounds, he chose to accept punishment and serve time in prison. And that was that for JT Hellstrom on The Young and The Restless. But that could change soon, and we might see him make a comeback on the CBS soap.
The Young And The Restless: Will JT Return To Seek Victoria’s Forgiveness?
As we already know, Y&R is approaching its grand 50th-anniversary celebrations, and many iconic characters from the past are resurfacing. This got us wondering if that wouldn’t it be the perfect time for JT to make a comeback and try to fix all his wrongs. Interestingly, in the March 21 episode of The Young and The Restless, Audra Charles hinted that JT has been released from prison. Moreover, she feels that he would be the perfect candidate for Elena Dawson’s new podcast.
Audra seems to be seeing at this through rose-tinted glasses on The Young and The Restless. She thinks if JT returns, there is a chance of him and Victoria having a romantic reunion. But Audra didn’t witness the horror Victoria went through with him. So she doesn’t really see the unlikeliness of Victoria wanting to have anything to do with JT ever again. But that does raise a big question in our mind. Now that JT is out of prison and has his mind in the right place, should he try and win Victoria’s forgiveness?
Whether or not Victoria forgives him is her prerogative, but it might bring her some closure on The Young and The Restless. And after the trauma she suffered at his hands, she really deserves to get some closure from him. So if he has to return to make amends, what better timing than the grand celebrations? Do you think JT should return to seek Victoria’s forgiveness? And if does, should Victoria forgive him? Tell us in the comments below. Meanwhile, stay tuned to the upcoming episodes of The Young and The Restless to find out what happens next in Victoria Newman’s life.
