Lily and Billy have been happy together without much trouble. Lily never felt insecure in her relationship with Billy. However, ever since he saved Chelsea’s life, dynamics started to shift. Billy Joins Jabot On The Young And The Restless, Offers Chelsea A New Professional Relationship

Although he left Winter-Chancellor to pursue a career outside the corporate world, Jack may convince him to accept the offer. Moreover, if Billy joins Jabot, he will be in a position to offer Chelsea she desperately needs at the moment. A new career opportunity. Chelsea has quit her job and rejected all offers earlier because she was spiraling downward and planning to end her life. But things are different now. She is on the road to recovery and needs a job.
Viewers might remember that Kyle and Summer were keen on hiring Chelsea for Marchetti on The Young and The Restless. So if Billy proposed that they bring Chelsea on board, no one would have an issue with it. Especially when everyone knows how hard she is trying to mend her life. This will be a great opportunity for her and catapult her many steps ahead in recovery. Moreover, it will place Billy and Chelsea in the same vicinity. And The Young and The Restless is proof that a LOT can happen over work in Genoa City. For instance, Nick-Sally-Adam’s romance, and now the ongoing workplace kisses between Victoria and Nate.
