As we reported earlier in October 2022, veteran actor Patrick Duffy is returning to The Bold and The Beautiful. On B&B, Patrick portrays the character of Stephen Logan, the patriarch of the Logan family. Patrick played the character between 2006 and 2011, replacing actor Robert Pine, who portrayed the character from 1998 to 2001. The talented actor will now re-appear for two more episodes, airing, November 23, 2022 and November 28, 2022. His return coincides with the holiday and celebrations of Thanksgiving Day. So viewers can hope for a family reunion and some Logan Family drama too!
Reports state that The Bold and The Beautiful veteran is not returning alone! In fact, he bring in tow with him, his real life girlfriend, actress Linda Purl. Interestingly, she will be playing Stephen’s new love on screen too! However, not much is known yet about her character, except that she is named Lucy on the soap. The gorgeous actress, Linda, just finished her stint as Peyton, on General Hospital and did a stellar job at it! So, we can expect that she will surely shake things up a bit at the Logan family Thanksgiving reunion.
The Bold And The Beautiful: Logan Family Reunion
Now that their dad is back on The Bold and The Beautiful, the Logan sisters cannot contain their excitement and shared their thoughts in a recent chat with Soap Opera Digest. Actress Heather Tom shared she loves Patrick and he’s one of the best human beings she knows and hopes to see him on the show more often. “He’s such a joy” she exclaimed. Katherine Kelly Lang shared that Patrick is really happy to come back and see everyone again. As for the character, she thinks it’s the perfect time for Stephen to come back and spend time with his daughters.
In a really fun revelation, actress Jennifer Gareis shares that when “Kelly, Heather, and I saw Patrick for the first time, we all squealed, Daddy!” Aw, that’s really such a sweet moment. It truly is great to see that on-screen relationships can continue to be such healthy bonds off-screen too! “I think the Logan girls will always need their dad.” Heather added, pointing that she would love to see the family get together more often.
We cannot wait to watch this reunion! The girls really need their dad’s support at the moment. Especially, Brooke.
