Alright, folks! The other shoe has finally fallen off on The Bold and The Beautiful. Although it was fun to watch Brooke and Taylor as gal pals, we all knew it wasn’t going to last. It was only a matter of time before that friendship exploded, and it has, royally so! Ever since Brooke and Taylor went at each other’s throats all over again, social media has been on fire. Brooke and Taylor’s fans are divided and at war. Aah, good old Taylor vs. Brooke days are back! However, the only downside is that some fans are so riled up that the name-calling is getting out of hand. Now nobody likes that, do they?
Least of all, the heat of this fire is reaching none other than The Bold and The Beautiful stars. Recently, actress Katherine Kelly Lang took to her official Twitter account to spread some peace amongst the warring fans. Addressing the fact that Brooke and Taylor are at odds again, Katherine asked the B&B fans to remain respectful towards the actors playing the characters and their fans. She added that she appreciates all the love that her fans shower her with. However, she requested her fans to spread some positivity instead of fighting and spreading hate.
In light of the well-meaning message that The Bold and The Beautiful star was trying to spread, a fan brought in a request of their own. They requested Katherine Kelly Lang to request the B&B fandom to be more respectful and gentler to Katherine’s co-star, Matthew Atkinson. Apparently, there has been a lot of dissing going around social media towards Thomas, Matthew’s B&B character. A wide section of the soap’s fans is not in favor of the Thomas and Hope storyline. Especially since it keeps running in circles without ever reaching a conclusion.
Katherine was quick to respond to The Bold and The Beautiful fan’s request. “Yes, the same goes for everybody,” she replied. It is really heartening to see that our beloved stars are just as invested in their fans well being as the fans are in theirs. We really appreciate Katherine’s efforts to call for a truce between Team Brooke and Team Taylor on social media.
