The promo for the upcoming episode, The Blacklist Season 8 Episode 11, reveals a few details on what could be coming up next. It looks like the next episode will make everything very intense. It will bring the showdown most of the viewers were pretty desperate to see. We will have Raymond Reddington in one corner and Harold Cooper in the other.
Ever since Liz pointed out the drive-in Cooper’s direction, many viewers had started speculating that the road would indeed bring Cooper down to Reddington’s direction. That drive came from the “friend from the East.” This is the same Russian operative of sorts with who viewers have seen Reddington. It is huge evidence that Reddington is N-13. However, we do have some doubts and questions about that storyline.
For a very long, fans have speculated if Reddington’s character might be a double agent or not. That could mean that he wants the Russians to believe that he is helping them, but what he really doing is helping the USA. He has ties with the USA. So, that is a situation he needs to be hushed. He wouldn’t want even Cooper to know about that. This could be the reason why he might be asking Cooper to stop digging. However, that whole statement did come out like a threat. It is the kind of thing that Harold might not like to hear and lead to him digging in even deeper.
Will Liz Come Back In The Next Episode?
One thing that you might have noticed in the synopsis was that the mention of a notable character is not mentioned in the synopsis. That makes us think if Megan Boone would appear in the next episode? If the whole episode is about Cooper, Reddington, and Rakitin, everyone will have too much on their plates already. So, it is possible that she might not be in this episode. However, we do know that Megan will be back on the show soon. The actress has been updating her fans with the happenings. So, she will reprise the role sooner or later. At this point, some big dramatic stuff will be coming up on the show regardless of Liz being present there or not. There will be a battle brewing, and it will be intense.
