Ryan Edwards from Teen Mom has a lot on his plate right now. He is always in and out of court for various drug and DUI charges. Recently, his soon-to-be ex-wife Mackenzie also filed for a divorce, so Ryan isn’t really free.
MTV never had Ryan back on the franchise after his appearance on the OG edition. He was on the show with Mackenzie, who was then pregnant with their son Jagger. But new reports say Ryan is coming back on the franchise. He might even be in a new season of one of the upcoming shows.
Teen Mom: Ryan Is Back On The MTV Show!
Ryan first appeared on TV on MTV’s Teen Mom OG. He was with Mackenzie at the time, and the latter was pregnant with their son, Jagger. The two had another child, a daughter, a few years later. But they separated soon after that. After that, Ryan moved on and is now dating Amanda Conners, whom he met at rehab. Ryan had been in a relationship with Maci Bookout before he was with Mackenzie.
The star hasn’t been on the MTV show and its spinoffs for some time now. But he has been busy with his drug and DUI cases. And now, he has a divorce case on his list as well. But that is not the only thing keeping him busy. Sources claim Ryan is coming back on the franchise’s show.
An Instagram fan account, @teenmomfanz, claims that Ryan is back in the Teen Mom franchise. In fact, both he and Amanda are filming for the upcoming season of the spinoff The Next Chapter. While he hasn’t been on the spinoff in the past, the source claims fans might see him in the new season.
Neither Ryan nor Amanda have confirmed anything. However, these days, the pair is busy bonding with Ryan and Maci’s son Bentley. MTV has also not commented on Ryan and Amanda’s appearance yet. They also haven’t revealed any information about Ryan’s involvement in any future seasons or filmings.
Teen Mom: Mackenzie Has A Restraining Order Against Ryan
Ryan and Mackenzie are divorcing. While that is happening, it seems like Ryan won’t let Mackenzie be, and Amanda seems to support him. She had already been against Ryan co-parenting his and Mackenzie’s kids. And now, she and Ryan are allegedly harassing the Teen Mom star and her kids.
The Instagram fan account @teenmomfanz reported that Mackenzie wanted a restraining order against Ryan. Fortunately, the court has granted her one. She revealed that Ryan and Amanda were harassing her and her two children. The star wanted to be safe.
Fans also wanted to express their opinion about the situation, so they took to Reddit. One fan revealed Amanda had claimed Mackenzie was “harassing” her and Ryan. They pointed out that they never thought Mackenzie would do that. A few fans also wanted to know why MTV wanted him back in the franchise. Ryan’s “entitled” behavior also pissed them off.
