Teen Mom: Here’s What You Need To Know About Mackenzie’s IVF Journey!
MTV’s celeb from Teen Mom Mackenzie McKee is trying to become a mom through in vitro fertilization(IVF). It seems she has little to no concern for the risks some of her fans are worrying about. Her IVF journey began on June 27, 2024 as she posted a video, showing her dance moves in a hospital gown.
A comment on the post explained that the reality star had just 20% chance to have a baby naturally and untying tubes. This is different in IVF since it offered a 60% chance. With that in mind, Mackenzie opted for a higher success rate over a natural process and surgery. On September 2, 2024, she shared that she had undergone egg retrieval.
One of Mackenzie’s fans called this procedure “very painful” in the comment of her post. However, she mentioned that she was able to enjoy a good and favorite meal, such as chicken and waffles, after the procedure. This IVF cycle continued till October 2024, as Mackenzie updated fans, revealing she has already received her last dose of hormone injections.
According to Cleveland Clinic, these hormones are typically given to IVF patients at intervals by their doctor. Finally, on November 5, Khesanio and Mackenzie celebrated another milestone in their IVF journey in the hospital. The couple danced and laughed, referring to it as “pre-egg dance.” Keep coming back to TV Season & Spoilers, for the latest Teen Mom tea.
