The mother of three, Mackenzie, was facing a rough time after her mother died of Brain Cancer in 2019. She shared that she felt deficient and was left with no zeal in life. Mckee added that she has even tried to commit suicide due to her lack of enthusiasm towards life.
As The Sun reported, she was under medication for more than a year and was fighting with her recovery. But recently, in an Instagram Q&A session, she revealed that she has quit on all her medicines and is feeling better. One of her fans asked her how she managed the big move with her kids from Oklahoma to Florida. She replied, “Easiest thing I ever did, I quit all my meds. Packed in a tub, drove, and healed.”
She further praised the sunny state of Florida as she stated that the place has won her heart. Notably, Mckee says that she has “crawled out of a very dark scary place mentally.” It is good to see how Mackenzie has transformed her health in an optimistic way.

The celeb admits that no matter how drunk she gets, she is never able to cope up with the pain of loss over her mother’s death. She says, “Can’t get drunk enough to numb the pain”.
