Aliannah also goes to high school with her twin sister, and managing the two is quite a task.
In another snippet MTV shared, Leah got into a massive conflict with Ali. Her daughter was not willing to take her wheelchair to the football ground. Leah trained to convince her, but nothing worked. The Teen Mom star held back her tears as she grew concerned. After she dropped Ali at the nearest ground gate, she burst into tears.

Leah Messer has prioritized her daughters above everything else. Teen Mom fans know about Ali’s muscle condition and how it caused trouble for the teen. She can’t walk long distances, and her muscle grows weak each passing day. Leah shared that it is challenging to navigate gaining her freedom and teaching her to have a voice.
Leah added that she is finding it difficult to strike a balance. She feels all kinds of emotions, and there are no words to explain them. She feels anger and sadness but can’t do anything. Leah added that their family is doing what they feel is right and is trying their best. Not everything is under their control, but they are putting in effort. Leah further added, “It’s very challenging to navigate giving her her freedom [and] teaching her to use her voice, but then finding balance.”
Ali has even started high school, and Leah wants her to feel independent. She wishes that her daughter does not have the same teen life as her but also wants her to enjoy it. Leah added that she and her daughters are trying to navigate through it together. She further shared, “But I’m really proud of who they’re becoming and who they’ll be.”
Leah added that her daughter will learn from their mistakes. She has a great relationship with them and is very involved in it. However, she wants the best for her daughters, and that sometimes does not align with their perspectives. Leah shared that her daughters are very different compared to her.
