Jenelle’s decision is not surprising as she recently revealed about living in fear because of her ex. She described Vegas as a “safe haven” where she could move forward in life.
During her recent visit to North Carolina regarding a restraining order against David, Jenelle admitted that she no longer feels safe there. However, her son Jace, whom she shares with David, shares a different opinion. A source reportedly told Thesun that Jace is unhappy about the move. The source noted that Jenelle and her family are moving to a “gated community” for a reason. However, Jace doesn’t want to move and feels “lonely.” Jace apparently finds Vegas “too hot” and doesn’t want to “start all over again.”
The insider revealed that Jace was happy about living life in North Carolina without his step dad David’s presence around. “Jace has his childhood friends in North Carolina, and he could finally go out and be free and hang out with the people he grew up with,” the source added. The decision of the move came as a surprise to him as Jenelle signed a lease without asking him. The family reportedly plans to pack everything at the house and drive to Sin City.
