Teen Mom alum Jenelle Evans, besides her husband, David Eason, has become the talk of the town once again, primarily for the wrong reasons. They have now been a part of a criminal investigation after her son Jace accused her husband of assaulting him.
The CPS, besides numerous other agencies, has been investing since the teen went missing for the third time. David Eason has recently been accused of physically injuring Jenelle’s fourteen-year-old son, Jace. Read further to have another scoop about the details in the recently obtained court document!
Teen Mom: Did David Eason Physically Injure Jace?
Jenelle Evans’ eldest child, Jace, allegedly accused her current husband, David, of assaulting him. As per the court document obtained by TheSun, David left physical injuries on Jace’s neck. They shared that the marks were observed on both the left and right side of his neck in addition to his right arm.
The document claims that “The defendant unlawfully and willingly” imposed injury on the former Teen Mom star’s fourteen-year-old boy. They even believe that the injuries observed on his body were not consistent with an accident.
This document did not reveal the details of the incident other than the fact that it happened on September 28. This was reportedly the same day when Jace fled from Jenelle’s home for the third time in a couple of months.
Jace slipped out of a window before escaping the home without his phone. Thankfully, he was found safe the same night and was taken to the hospital, where he narrated the incident to the officials. Seemingly, the incident took place in front of their neighbour’s house, and several people witnessed the assault.
The case was filed on October 24, and it was served the very next day. However, Teen Mom alum Jenelle’s husband has not commented anything about the allegation. But he is due in court on 29 November for his misdemeanour child abuse charges.

Jenelle Evans continues to post inappropriate content on her social media after being a part of a criminal investigation. She seems to be unbothered by the ongoing CPS investigations. The mom of three took to her Instagram last weekend to upload a clip of herself dancing and promoting her OF, i.e., Only Fans.
Evans was focussing all her attention on her side hustle by ignoring her kids. She even hinted at her upcoming content in one of the Instagram stories wherein she showed her red extensions. She also added the text, “What am I up to?” followed by adding a link to her Only Fans.
Many Teen Mom viewers did not appreciate Jenelle’s uploads. Some of them rushed to a Reddit thread to call her out for ignoring her kids. One of them felt that her actions clearly meant ‘F*** those kids.’
