Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans had a face-off with her estranged husband, David Eason. She accused the latter of threatening her and demanded a restraining order from the court. The couple has yet to file for a divorce, but they have already been throwing mud at each other in court. Jenelle finally granted a restraining order against Eason.
She went head-to-head with her partner again in court to fight for a protective order. The TLC star accused her husband of harassing her through back-to-back test messages. David fought the case on his own as he had no attorney. The court restrained him from meeting the MTV alum and her kids for six months. But it looks like the judge has also admonished her before the final order.

Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans has been celebrating her victory after getting a restraining order against David Eason. The couple have been estranged for months after back-to-back drama. David has been putting all the dirty laundry about his wife on social media. He has been making several videos on TikTok about the MTV alum and sharing his side of the story.
Finally, Jenelle decided to seek a protective order against her husband from the court. She was successful in convincing the judge that her estranged husband was harassing her. The Ashleys revealed, “The reason it was granted was that the number of times David texted or talked about Jenelle could count as harassment.” David’s constant videos about his wife and text messages were enough to prove that she was harassing her.
Now, it seems that the judge wasn’t very warm with the celebrity as well. He reminded Jenelle that she was not on TV and they were looking for facts and figures. Moreover, the judge warned the MTV celeb that they won’t tolerate her antics. He had no interest in listening to the incidents that happened a long time ago.
Further, a source claimed, “The judge basically told Jenelle something like, ‘This is not TV so whenever you go to tell me something, remember you’re not on TV.” He wanted her to simply answer the questions and move on without going too deep and overdramatic. Jenelle can also re-file for the protective order after six months. But the judge has been hoping it won’t happen and they will be at a better place in the tenure.

Teen Mom star David Eason has been barred from meeting his children and Jenelle for the next six months. The court has ordered him to surrender his collection of firearms. He cannot talk about his wife on social media or contact her through any medium. Moreover, the judge has restricted him from visiting his children at their schools.
Jenelle also requested the judge to give her children, Kaiser and Jace, a protective order. However, none of her kids were directly related to David. Hence, he had no right to the children.
