Teen Mom alum Jenelle Evans has currently been hogging the spotlight, but not for the right reasons. She, besides her husband, David, became the talk of the town soon after her teen son ran away from her house. Jace has even accused his mother’s husband of assaulting him.
The accusation resulted in the couple being a part of the criminal investigation. But Jenelle recently took to her Instagram to accuse the media of spreading false information about David’s arrest warrant. Read further to have another scoop!
Teen Mom: Jenelle Addresses David Eason’s Arrest Warrant!
Earlier this week, various sources claimed that Jenelle Evans’ husband, David Eason, has been charged with child abuse. As per TheSun, there is an arrest warrant for him for assaulting his stepson Jace. As per the reports, a court clerk shared, “I don’t see anything that has been served.”
They went on to assure that there was a warrant out for David’s arrest. The charges for misdemeanor child abuse are pressed against him. But Jenelle took to her Instagram on 25 October, Wednesday night, to claim the information to be untrue.
Jenelle posted this a day after the news surfaced that her husband was allegedly charged with child abuse. The mom of three wrote on her Instagram stories that the media has lied once again, calling it insane. Evans went on to suggest her followers not to believe “The Sun or The Ashley or these stupid ‘Teen Mom’ fan pages.”
She justified her claim by saying that these sources do not fact-check the information they share (David’s alleged arrest warrant, in this case). The Teen Mom alum called these media sources “stupid sources” besides accusing them of sharing the wrong information.
CPS, besides various other agencies, is looking into the case. Jenelle and David are also part of their criminal investigation. The agencies have also found a video wherein David was assaulting Jace.
Teen Mom: Jenelle’s Kids Kaiser & Ensley Have Witnessed Jace’s Assault!
In addition to this, Jenelle Evans’ younger children, Kaiser and Ensley, were also investigated without the involvement of their parents. This was when the siblings shared about witnessing the alleged attack on brother Jace.
As per TheSun, both Kaiser and Ensley were in the car when David assaulted his wife’s teen son, Jace, later last month. They went on to share that the assault took place in their neighborhood. A source also shared that David’s daughter, Maryssa, was not present during the incident as she went to spend the night at her friend’s house.
Another source claimed that CPS wanted to question the younger siblings alone, perhaps because they wanted to know more about the incident. They also wanted to know if someone else in the family had experienced a similar assault.
