The fans took this as an opportunity to dig into Jenelle’s relationship with her mother.
Fans asked the star many questions. However, a majority of them were about her mother, Barbara. The fans’ interest in Barbara renewed after the news of Jenelle’s return to Teen Mom. Fans wondered if Barbara would also make a comeback. So they thought they could satisfy their queries through Jenelle. But it seems like that might not have been such a good idea.
When Jenelle started the Q&A session, the fans asked her many questions. But most of these were about her mother, Barbara. Barbara and Jenelle have had a strained relationship since 2023. While they started talking a bit recently, their relationship is still on the down low. So when fans asked Jenelee questions about Barbara, she wasn’t too happy about it.
The Teen Mom star had answered the fan questions on her Instagram stories. So she responded to queries about Barbara in the same manner. Jenelle told the fans to “stop bringing up” her “mom.” She told the fans Barbara “has caused (her) so much damage within the past year.” Jenelle still “need(s)” time “to heal before” Barbara comes “back into” her life “again.” While Barbara has not yet filmed anything for The Next Chapter, she has talked to the show’s producers.

Jenelle Evans is back with a new family drama. But this time, it is a happy one. The fans will soon see a showdown between Jenelle’s son and her husband. New reports state Jenelle’s son, Jace, will soon be standing in court against his abuser.
According to an insider, Jace will soon testify against David. This will be his first time taking a stand against his stepfather and abuser. According to the insider, the Teen Mom star’s son is “adamant about” testifying against David. “He can’t wait to take a stand” against his stepfather.
The insider also revealed that Jace “hates David” and has extreme feelings against him. In fact, The District Attorney’s Office is helping Jace prepare to take a stand.
